At Lellyett & Rogers, we believe our customers are king. Which means that Jaclyn Koerber, as an Account Management Rep, serves as a trusted advisor to the crown.
Jaclyn works closely with our clients to ensure that they are treated like royalty, taking the time to fully understand their goals and coordinate the resources needed (in design, printing, and fulfillment) to exceed expectations on each and every project.
Tell us a little about your background.
I’ve been here just a little over a year. Before this, I worked in the hot tub industry. My main role was customer service, helping with water care and setup, plus some service things here and there, while also supporting the sales team.
And now, at L&R, you represent and support accounts?
That’s right. I help bridge customer needs with production and delivery, working closely with our production team.
What kind of projects do you work on?
All kinds, all sizes. We work with major organizations in healthcare and retail, supporting their varying print needs in promotions and day-to-day operations. For instance, one of our major clients is a nationally known retailer. They do resets a couple times a year, so we’ll print out refreshed price tags, barcodes, anything like that they need for their business.
So tell me what is unique about Lellyett & Rogers and the people here.
The first thing that drew me is how long people stay here. When I worked at the hot tub company, people were there for five or six years. Here, people make it their entire career, which I think says a lot about the company, how it functions, and the kind of loyalty it creates.
So tell me what you enjoy doing outside of work.
I’ve been traveling a lot recently. A friend and I went to Broadway and saw Hadestown. We’ve actually seen it twice now. It’s an amazing show. I really love theater, but don’t have the opportunity to see it live very often.
Any book, movie, or TV that you’re currently consuming?
I just finished the new season of The Pitt, which was pretty intense. But other than that, I haven’t been watching much. Actually, I’ve been reading a lot of sci-fi books, but no major titles that are going to stand out.
I want to ask you a few rapid fire questions: What was your dream job when you were 10 years old?
Am I allowed to say that I didn’t have one?
That’s totally fine. First concert?
AJR, I believe. They’re a variation of indie pop. They use a lot of different sounds in their work, like instruments you don’t typically hear and other fun effects. Almost a bit like Imagine Dragons.
Do you have an irrational pet peeve?
Chewing gum. That sound of someone smacking it. But that’s also just a general thing about me: I’m not a big fan of hearing people chew their food.
What is the most useless talent that you possess?
I’m left-handed. It’s not a talent though, but maybe a fun little fact. Does that count?
