Working with people in video production can sometimes be a taxing experience. Head-in-the-clouds directors. Moody DPs.

That’s not how we roll at L&R Media. We like to think of ourselves as no-nonsense video craftsmen. It not only fits our personal style–it’s the character of our company. Although L&R offers high-class tech solutions, it’s built on a foundation of strong relationships and dependable solutions. Our media arm is no different.

Sure, we can be creative (our team consists of award-winning writers, experienced strategists, and expert videographers and editors), but what’s most important to us is strong, straightforward execution–deeply understanding the needs of our clients and meeting those needs with effective, cost-efficient video solutions: corporate, commercial, or creative.

So here are a few of the key characteristics that define our focus.

Hard Work and Diligence

Reliability, responsibility, persistence–these are just a few of the principles we work and live by. We approach every project, big or small, with the same level of dedication and attention to detail. We’re a scrappy squad, always ready to roll up our sleeves and do whatever is necessary to deliver exceptional results.

Craftsmanship

Art is great for the academy. But craft is how the real work is done. And we have a team and network–DPs, editors, audio engineers–of some of the best craftsmen in the business, who know how to use their technical proficiency for whatever the project demands, from stylish commercial work to nuts-and-bolts educational videos.

Honesty and Integrity

We believe in being straightforward and transparent with our clients, from initial consultations to final deliveries, and value fair pricing, honest timelines, and clear communication. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver, and we stand by our work, ensuring that our clients can trust us completely.

Pragmatism

We understand the challenges of complex corporate environments and strict budgets. And we always prioritize practical solutions over abstract, overly ambitious ideas. We work with clients to make sure the production itself runs as smoothly as possible, while making sure our videos are not only visually compelling but also effective in achieving our clients’ goals–whether that’s boosting engagement, driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, or educating colleagues.

Loyalty and Dedication

Like a trusted handyman, we want to be the company clients call no matter what kind of situation they’re in–whether the video content they need is large-scale or small, informational or inspirational. We work closely with our clients to understand their projects goals and business objectives, and are committed to our clients’ long-term success, building relationships that extend well beyond individual projects.

Conclusion

In the end, we’re less agency-style brainstorms and pitch decks, and more boots-on-the-ground proficiency and strong deliverables. We know our craft, we love our clients, and through every project–no matter the scope, scale, or style–we work to deliver video content that is always reliable and impeccably crafted.
